In life, we often have many commitments, concerns, uncertainty, responsibilities and so on, which most often keep us stuck in our head and our lives become robotic, due to continued unconscious actions. Keeping us feeling ‘stuck, ‘unsure’ and completely out of alignment with our self. When we bring ‘mindful awareness into our day, then, we create ‘space’ in our lives, if even momentarily. By taking mindful moments throughout the day, it can bring clarity, peace, a new perspective and a general feeling of not being so overwhelmed. To become mindful, simply means to become completely present with your body, thoughts and feelings in that very moment.

This booklet has been prepared with the intention of bringing ‘space’ into your day, through aligning yourself back into the present moment .
